| Vacancy Description: |
Account Development Manager for exisiting Business team required for telecoms partner in Cardiff.
The purpose of the role is the proactive management and development of customer accounts, successfully managing the current client base whilst selling additonal products and service into these customers.
Key accountabilities include: * Delivering upgrade voice and data renewals, new line voice and data connections and port voice and data connections against agreed targets * Have a full understanding of the customer, their sector, their competitors and their opportunities and produce account plans to develop High Value customer relationships and maximise profitability * Build a pipeline of short medium and long term opportunities * Provide accurate weekly reports by gareed deadlines and adhoc reports when requested * Deliver a world class end to end customer service experience with a consistent contact stragey by email, phone, meetings and visits whilst delivering solutions that drive product penetration in line with wider sales targets and strategies * Seek and use customer feedback to improve service levels offered and ensure provisioning and administration is well controlled and delivered within agreed timescales * Adhere to commercial governance in all sales activities

You MUST have * A minimum of 3 years new business development experience, preferably in a telecom environment or b2b market * Proven record of over achieving delivery against agreed targets * Proven ability of handling more complex sales with multi contacts within an organisation * Proven record of customer relationship building and implementing customer focussed sales activities * Capable of working within a progressive organisation and able to build strong relationships and credibility with customers both internally and externally
