Position Title: NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (ACCQUISITION)
Location: Cardiff
Benefits: £21,000 basic + Commission

Vacancy Description:

The purpose of the role is to identify and generate new business within a defined geographic area by demonstrating a differentiation from competitors by offering a solution sale whilst considering a value proposition optimising voice and data volume, revenue and arpu.

Key accountabilities include:
* Delivering new line voice and data connections, port voice and data connection against agreed targets whilst maximising profit.
* Build a pipeline of short, medium and long term prospects
* Deliver a world class customer experience through effective relationships and delivering solutions that drive product penetration in line with wider sales targets and strategies.
* Have a full understanding and knowledge of the customer offer and experience delivered by competitors
* Ensure a timely and complete handover to an EBT develpoment Account Manager once connected to ensure consistency in customer experience
* Adhere to commercial governance in all sales activities

The right candidate will:
* Communicate with enthusiasm and clarity

* Always put the customer first and understand the value of profitable customers

* Show a drive and determination to progress through the company

You MUST have
* A minimum of 3 years new business development experience, preferably in a telecom environment or b2b market
* Proven record of over achieving delivery against agreed targets
* Proven ability of handling more complex sales with multi contacts within an organisation
* Proven record of customer relationship building and implementing customer focussed sales activities
* Capable of working within a progressive organisation and able to build strong relationships and credibility with customers both internally and externally
